I had a great time at this hotel! The location is superb, really close to everything and with easy access to the ADO bus station. The rooms were cozy, with just a chair but still comfortable. The service was fantastic; they provided car hire, housekeeping, and tours/ticket assistance. The dining experience was delightful; they even had cottage cheese. The facilities were top-notch, meeting all my needs during my stay.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is incredible, right near the center of Merida and so close to the ADO bus station. The rooms were spacious and modern, although a chair would have been a nice addition. The service was top-notch, with car hire assistance available and great housekeeping. The facilities were fantastic, and the French pastries in the dining area were a delightful treat.
